WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT WHEN I ENROL ?
We collect the following information: Parent/Guardian’s name, Phone number, Emergency Contact number, email address, Name & Date of birth of student, any known medical conditions and anything else you choose to make us aware of. If the student is above the ages of 16 years you will need to seek their permission to register their information with us.
HOW WILL MY INFORMATION BE USED AND SHARED?
1)-Contact details (email address & phone numbers) that you share with us are used to make initial contact and organise either the trial or enrolment of the student and to send out Welcome Packs. Contact details are then kept securely on file. They are used in the following ways: Communicating key information regarding the student, term dates, shows, students progress, monthly newsletters, holiday school invitations. Your emergency contact number is used should we need to contact you as an emergency whilst your child is in our care or to convey any other urgent information to you out of class time.
- Students Name, DOB and medical conditions: Used to establish which age category they are placed in, and is then stored on our class registers to monitor class sizes, attendance, securely manage students in and out of the building and ensure we are aware of any medical conditions for the safety of the student.
-Students who are no longer enrolled are given first access to enrol for holiday camp places and for this reason we will store your contact details securely so we can notify you when enrolment opens. Should you wish for us to not contact you in this way you can notify us at and we will remove your contact details.
